THE BACKGROUND ON OUR SERVICES.

SANDS House works from A Framework " The Octagon of Optimal Living" . Alot of us went through traditional rehab, self -help programs and hospitalize and at no avail you still can't find happines ,joy or wholeness in your life .We found that the problem is that indivduals dont understand perspective that they made up of eight demension so when all eight is not balance then you will find your life in chaos. the eight Areas demension are: Physical, Mental/emotional, Enviromental, Financial, Vocational, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual

our Services is directly target each of the areas so you can be balance. We believe that we have to work to agressively work to balance each of these area at the same time becuase it you focus one area and the rest is lacking then you just wasting your time because when you move to work on another area the area you just balance get unbalance again.

The best people to this to do this work is someone who been through the same share experience and successfully completed the program. We do this work through peer-to-peer coaching. All of clients that success completed the program will have the option to be trainees and certified as a peer coach.

1. Physical Wellness

- Lesson Plan: Nutrition and exercise workshops, health screenings, and wellness check-ins.

- Goals: Improve overall health and fitness, educate on healthy lifestyle choices.

2.Mental/Emotional Wellness

- Lesson Plan: Stress management techniques, emotional resilience training, and mindfulness practices, harm reduction, one on one counseling

- Goals: Develop coping strategies and emotional intelligence.

3. Intellectual Wellness

- Lesson Plan: Skills development workshops, critical thinking exercises, and educational resources.

- Goals: Enhance cognitive skills and encourage lifelong learning.

4. Environmental Wellness

- Lesson Plan Community clean-up initiatives, environmental awareness workshops, and sustainable living practices.

- Goals: Foster a sense of responsibility for the environment and promote healthy living spaces.

5. Vocational Wellness

- Lesson Plan: Job readiness training, resume building, and interview preparation.

- Goals: Equip participants with job skills and marketability.

6. Financial Wellness

- Lesson Plan: Budgeting workshops, financial literacy training, Employment placement and access to financial resources.
